White water rafting

Tomorrow I shall not be able to post because
I shall be white water rafting with my father and a small group from our church.
I shall try to take lots of pictures but cannot promise anything
because sometimes you're enjoying your self so much you forget about taking
pictures. I shall also put some pictures of my inductive study Bible.

My thirteenth birthday

Yesterday was my thirteenth birthday and I wanted to do something
different, something that was focused on God, the home, purity, and being a godly young lady,
so we decided to have a Hope chest party. We invited
mothers and daughters from our church, relatives, and friends.


It started at 11:00 am at our house in Belton and ended around 2:00.


There was a charge given by our dear friend Mrs.Castlebury, a testimony from
Miss Ashley Castlebury and a verse of encouragement from my older brothers Camilo
and Caleb, also a charge from my dear father. Of course, there was plenty of food and some
games.

I pray that God will help me to continue to grow
in His grace.

This is me but I don't know to whom the hand in the corner
belongs.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without the help of all my family.

Of dogs and houses

My father decided to give Caleb his birthday gift a whole month early
and the gift just happened to be just what Caleb wanted:
a Boxer puppy!!!
His name is Shiloh and he is 3 months old ,he is so well behaved.
We all were very happy with him and he seems to like us a lot also (he especially likes Caleb)
Isn't he just adorable?
He loves to sleep and enjoys our house in Belton of which I
shall now post pictures of as I promised.
It is so pretty we all love it and wish we didn't
have to sell it, but it is too far away so we have to sell it.Isn't it just gorgeous ?

Belton

My family and I will be going to Belton again this week and I won't
be able to post often because we don't have signal,
however I can post on Wednesday and I will put plenty of pictures.

Where have the Francos been?

Well, we have been in the little town of Belton, S.C. taking a short vacation.
We didn't have internet so I have not been able to blog lately .
While we were there we visited our good friends the Castleburys (or the casseroles).
However I didn't take a lot of pictures because I was playing.One of Sayre's newborn bunnies.

Pictures

Well, I finally got the pictures downloaded from my camera so I can post some pictures.

The day after I assembled the hope chest I decided my room needed a good cleaning so
I tackled my room with Haviland's help. It looked sooooooooo nice and I was so glad that I
had actually gotten that done. So here are some pictures of the hope chest and my fixed up room.

The molding is just beautiful!!!Here it is with all the things in it. I have a coffee table cloth, 2 pillow cases,
a tea cozy, 6 cloth napkins, tupperwares, measuring cups and spoons, a tree skirt and
a cutting board.
This is my now organized shelf.Here is the bed and dresser. I am really glad I got that done.

My hope chest

Well yesterday I got my Hope chest. It is absolutely beautiful. Caleb helped me to assemble it. I was then able to put my special items in it . I don't have many things to put in it yet but I look forward to filling it up. It is the Shabby Chic chest and is a sour cream color. I can't put any pictures but you can see it at www.target.com. I will put pictures as soon as possible.

Happy Birthday

Today is a very special day. It is my aunt's birthday. She is a loving and God honoring woman.

She and her husband (a wonderful chap) are missionaries in Spain.
I miss her a lot on this special day.

My Family

For my first post I would like to introduce you to my family:

First, of course, is my father. He is the pastor of Iglesia Bautista de la Fe.
He is a wonderful and godly man and is the best ever!!!
Next comes my mother, she is the perfect example of the Proverbs 31
woman and I want to be like her when I grow up.This is my oldest brother, Francois. He is married to Stacey and has two boys of his own.
They live in Arkansas. Here he is with Hayden(the oldest)and Ethan(the newborn).Here is his wife Stacey with baby Ethan.Next in line is Camilo. He lives close to us and is married to Jessica.
He is fun to be around.Well next is Caleb, he is the sense of humor of the family and life wouldn't be the same without him.
Well next come the three musketeers: Haviland, Jared and David. They always make us laugh.
Last, but definitely not least, is Victoria. She is the smartest baby I know. She is so lovable and is the sunbeam in our family.
Well just in case you were wondering I am between Caleb and Haviland.
